Error - 'An open appointment form already exists'

The error message "An open appointment form already exists for #####" displays when a dFac Appointments form meets these criteria:

• Primary appointment type
• Appointment start date is before the day the form was initiated
• Form saved as draft first or form returned to the initiator for corrections

In these cases, the form initiator will have to choose Undo from the Universal Worklist. This will mark the form as Closed. Next, a new form should be started with the approver feedback incorporated.
