AcademicJobsOnline.Org (AJO) is an automated job application system created and currently operated by the Department of Mathematics of Duke University.
Duke University holds an institutional subscription to AcademicJobsOnline, and Duke schools, departments and other eligible entities are provided with group subscriptions that can be tailored to their hiring processes. AJO provides highly customizable functionality for job posting, application collection and review, applicant evaluation, communication with applicants, reference letter management, and applicant data storage and reporting. The Office of Faculty Relations also uses AJO for Duke's reference check process for regular rank faculty searches.
